These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website and the relationship between Kombi With Us and its users and customers. All information presented on the Website may be updated or changed at any time, without prejudice to bookings already confirmed.
The User undertakes to use www.kombiwithus.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) responsibly, complying with applicable law and refraining from any conduct that may compromise the operation of the platform or the rights of third parties.
Any fraudulent or abusive use, or use that may cause harm to Kombi With Us or to any other User, is expressly prohibited.
The use of the Website and the contracting of the services provided by Kombi With Us are also subject to the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy, documents which must be read together with these Terms and Conditions.
Submitting a booking request or contact through the Website does not constitute automatic confirmation of the requested service. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, the requested dates and express confirmation by Kombi With Us.
The conditions relating to cancellations, booking changes, refunds and other related matters are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
The User undertakes to provide all correct, complete and necessary information at the time of booking. Kombi With Us cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the User.
During the activities, Kombi With Us may take photographs and videos for promotional purposes and to publicise its activity. Whenever the images allow individuals to be identified, their use for promotional purposes will depend on the prior consent of the persons depicted, in accordance with applicable law.
The prices shown on the Kombi With Us Website may be updated or changed at any time, without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
The price applicable to each service will be the one stated in the proposal, quotation or booking confirmation sent to the Customer at the time of contracting.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown include the taxes and charges legally applicable on the date the service is provided.
Kombi With Us reserves the right to correct any typographical, computer, technical or updating errors that may affect the prices, descriptions or other information presented on the Website.
Should any error likely to influence the Customer's decision to contract be detected, Kombi With Us undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible, before the definitive confirmation of the booking or the provision of the service.
In such cases, the Customer may choose to keep the booking with the corrected details or to cancel it, with the right to a full refund of any amounts paid.
Payments may be made through the means provided by Kombi With Us, namely: bank transfer (when available), debit or credit card, cash (when applicable) or other payment methods that may be made available.
The booking will only be considered confirmed after receipt of payment or, where applicable, of the deposit.
Where payment is made by bank transfer, Kombi With Us may request that the respective proof of payment be sent.
Kombi With Us reserves the right to change the prices of its services at any time, without prior notice.
Price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.
Total or partial failure to pay within the agreed deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking, suspension of the provision of services or refusal to begin providing the service, without prejudice to any other rights legally recognised to Kombi With Us.
The services provided by Kombi With Us are subject to the maximum capacity legally authorised for each vehicle used. Kombi With Us reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers exceeding the maximum permitted capacity or whose presence compromises safety, comfort or compliance with applicable legal provisions.
All passengers must comply with the instructions given by Kombi With Us during the service, in particular those relating to safety, the use of seat belts, entering and leaving the vehicle, remaining inside the vehicle and any other guidance deemed necessary. Kombi With Us reserves the right to interrupt or cancel the service whenever the conduct of any passenger endangers their own safety, the safety of the other occupants, the driver or third parties.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent, legal representative or another adult authorised by them, except where unaccompanied participation has been previously accepted by Kombi With Us. The responsible accompanying adult assumes responsibility for the supervision and conduct of the minor throughout the service.
Customers must behave appropriately, respectfully and in a manner compatible with the nature of the services provided. No conduct that may cause damage to the vehicle, equipment, Kombi With Us staff, other customers or third parties will be permitted. Kombi With Us reserves the right to refuse access to the vehicle or to immediately interrupt the service, without any right to a refund, whenever the Customer is under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances or displays aggressive, abusive, dangerous or inappropriate behaviour.
Unless expressly authorised by Kombi With Us, eating, drinking or smoking inside the vehicle during the service is not permitted. This prohibition also applies to electronic cigarettes, vaping devices and similar products.
The transport of pets will only be permitted with the prior authorisation of Kombi With Us. Acceptance will depend on the nature of the contracted service, the characteristics of the animal and the safety, hygiene and comfort conditions of the other vehicle occupants, as well as any additional conditions or charges previously communicated to and accepted by the Customer.
Kombi With Us reserves the right to refuse the transport of any animal that, due to its characteristics or behaviour, may compromise the safety, comfort or hygiene of the vehicle.
Duly identified assistance dogs accompanied by the legally required documentation will be admitted in accordance with applicable law.
The Customer will be liable for any damage, extraordinary cleaning costs or losses caused by the animal during the service.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the services. Kombi With Us cannot be held liable for the loss, forgetting, theft or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle or at the places visited, except where this results from wilful misconduct or gross negligence attributable to Kombi With Us.
Whenever items left behind are found in the vehicle, Kombi With Us will seek to contact the respective owner for the purpose of returning them.
All content on this Website, including texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, graphic elements and design, is protected by intellectual property rights. Its reproduction, distribution, modification, public communication, use or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior and express authorisation of Kombi With Us, is expressly prohibited.
Although we strive to keep all information up to date and accurate, we do not guarantee that the Website is permanently free from errors, interruptions or omissions. Kombi With Us cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Website.
